Background Information

Appropriate Action LLC is a small, Veteran-owned business.  Professionally self-employed since 1992 as a certified personal trainer/licensed massage therapist and certified self-defense instructor (non-firearm), under the banner of FIT-NECESSITY LTD.

In 2005, business shifted to include handgun instruction.  FIT-NECESSITY became Appropriate Action LLC. Professional instructing experiences revealed that one-on-one training is necessary for some, and desired by many, who look to achieve their desired goal with optimum results. In addition to the one-on-one training, family members and friends who wish to attend, are always welcomed. Our business drive is a hands-on approach to learning in a stress free environment.

Locations of operation can include student’s private property, Continental Arms in Timonium, MD, or at a facility the student provides (prior approval required). Hours of operation vary. Please call to schedule.
